Brent has more than 15 years of professional experience in taxation and public accounting. He has over 10 years of public accounting experience working as a tax senior manager for Deloitte & Touche. He has a broad background in corporate taxation with significant experience serving publicly traded and private companies in the technology industry.
He has extensive experience serving both small and large businesses. He has experience with both domestic and international consulting issues including R&D credits, nexus, multistate apportionment, value-added tax (VAT), foreign tax credit, FSC and ETI regimes, transfer pricing, permanent establishment, subpart F income, etc.
